Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management solution, which will grant you total command over your e-mail accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this intuitive GUI, you can set up a brand new email mailbox account in no time and manage its settings easily. Also, you can redirect emails from one email account to another, finetune e-mail filters, create auto-response messages and secure your e-mail boxes against unsolicited bulk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your email mailboxes against spam mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwelcome mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming messages based on certain rules set by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your email box accounts and modify the email filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one e-mailbox to another, or even to several other mail accounts. Simply choose the e-mailbox you would like to forward e-mail messages from, then select the destination mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your choice to access your e-mail boxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you would like to set up on your computer or mobile device and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email box will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple email accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to easily create an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will handle the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email box - you can accomplish that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
